EXCHANGE:

Exchange can be availed only once per order.

Exanchge is not allowed for customised orders.

In case you receive a damaged/defective or the size does not fit you right, the company should be notified within 24-72 hours of receiving the order. We might request you to share pictures/videos at sampark@lugdabydihi.com.

All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without the original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the exchange.

It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved, the same will be picked up in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach us. Once received - An exchange order takes 7-10 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved.

The Product exchange Shipping of Rs 150-200/- (depending on the state) will be charged from the customer. The Amount might differ accordingly due to the weight of the order.

The amount left after exchanging an item with a lesser price will be given as store credit.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:


Returns will take place as follows:

The customer must inform us within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the order if the person wants to return the products. In this case, the customer will have to send a packaging opening video showing the defect.

Once the product is approved for return, we will initiate reverse shipping.

It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach to us. Once received a returned product is then quality checked and if approved, your refund will be initiated to your bank account.

Returns are not allowed on discounted items.Returns are not allowed on customized items.

Note: Refund, Exchange, or cancellation procedures can only take place within 72 hours after the order is received.
